How do I return an item?
Purchases can be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused.
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
Returns, which do not comply with the above listed criteria, will be rejected. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches back to us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be monitored and located.
If you wish to exchange an item for another colour or size then place an order for the new item and return the original. You may also reserve an item for exchange if you wish. Contact customer care as soon as possible to ensure availability.
What happens if the item(s) I’ve received are faulty / incorrect / damaged?

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
In the case of faulty / incorrect / damaged items, Abscaly Webstore will cover for the return shipping charges however if a return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
